Infiniti Vault App Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy Last updated: June 29, 2026

Infiniti Studio LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Infiniti Vault mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect:

  • Full name

  • Email address

  • Phone number (optional)

  • Instagram handle

When you use the App, we may also collect:

  • Audio files uploaded by studio engineers on your behalf

  • Session and check-in records

  • Device push notification tokens

  • Profile pictures you choose to upload from your camera or photo library

If you choose to connect your Instagram account through the App, we may also collect:
Instagram account ID
Instagram username
Instagram account type
Instagram profile picture
Follower count
Media count
Recent media information, such as media type and timestamp
Recent media engagement metrics, such as like counts and comment counts, where available and permitted by Instagram/Meta
Instagram connection status, token status, last synced date, and related sync errors

The App may access your device camera to take a profile picture. We do not capture, store, or transmit any images or video beyond what you explicitly choose to upload as your profile picture.

The App may access your photo library if you choose to select a profile picture from your existing photos. We only access photos you explicitly select.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Create and manage your account

  • Provide access to your recording session files

  • Enable studio check-in via QR code

  • Send push notifications about your sessions and account activity

  • Communicate with you about your account

Display your profile, connected social information, and Artist Momentum information
Verify and refresh your connected Instagram account, if you choose to connect it
Calculate and update Artist Momentum, leaderboard, and profile-card features
Use Instagram engagement metrics as an optional, capped part of your Artist Momentum score

Data Storage and Security

Your account data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on Amazon Web Services). Audio files and uploaded media are stored using Cloudflare R2 object storage. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to your files is restricted to you and authorized studio staff.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the App:

  • Supabase (authentication and database)

  • Cloudflare R2 (file storage)

  • Expo (app delivery and push notifications)

  • RevenueCat (in-app purchase management)

  • Meta / Instagram (Instagram account connection and Instagram API data, if you choose to connect Instagram)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention

We retain your account information and files for as long as your account is active.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account and all associated cloud data directly within the App by navigating to Account → Edit Account → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and immediate. All profile data, files, session records, and associated cloud data will be removed from our servers upon confirmation. This action cannot be undone.

Note that deleting your account through the App does not automatically cancel any active Apple subscriptions. To cancel a subscription, open the iOS Settings app, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, and cancel Infiniti Vault.

Instagram Connection and Data Deletion

If you choose to connect your Instagram account, we use Instagram/Meta data to verify your connected account, display your connected Instagram profile, refresh basic Instagram account metrics, and calculate an optional social engagement component of your Artist Momentum score.

Instagram data does not replace studio activity in the Artist Momentum score. Instagram metrics may be capped, weighted, normalized, or limited as part of the score. Engagement metrics such as likes, comments, and engagement rate may be used as part of the scoring system. Follower count may also be used, but it may be capped or weighted lower than engagement.

If you do not connect Instagram, your studio-first App activity may still be used for Artist Momentum, and you simply will not receive the optional Instagram-based component.

If you disconnect Instagram, we stop refreshing your Instagram data and revoke or delete stored Instagram access tokens where technically possible. We may retain previously synced non-sensitive metrics unless you request deletion or delete your account.

You may request deletion of Instagram-related data associated with your Infiniti Vault account by contacting us at derekludwick@infinitivault.com. You may also delete your entire account directly within the App by navigating to Account → Edit Account → Delete Account.

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Your Rights

You may:

  • Access your personal data through the App's Profile screen

  • Update your information at any time through the Edit Account screen

  • Delete your account and all associated data directly within the App

  • Opt out of push notifications through your device settings

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated policy on this page.
